I love it, the range and speed are exactly as promised. It handles very well on sidewalks and roads, transitions curbs without issue, in my mind it's better than any of the rental units I've tried.
One thing to keep in mind is that it is large and heavy for the average person, which was expected for the battery size. So if you need something tiny and compact you'll end up with one with much lower performance.
The read out is simple and easy to understand, app is decent, it has a security function to stop it from operating, so someone can't ride it off while you're not looking but it can still be picked up rather easily. I've found that the steel cord bike locks work well to lock it up, just wrap it a bunch of times around the shaft and keep it tight when you lock it to a bike rack. It would be nice if there was a loop or something on it to put a lock through, maybe on the next model?
Charging cord is simple and can be replaced easily with a computer cord which I like, it would be nice if it was a bit longer though.
If you see a good deal and your trying to decide if you should go for it, I'd say yes! You won't be disappointed.
