Good audio quality, great life battery (5+ hrs) and good performance during the exercice.I love the feature about downloading music directly to them, so you can go outside to run for hours without requiring your smartphone.Fits just fine to my ears, so I feel very confirtable and secure.

    These are truly amazing earbuds. They have amazing sound quality and the touch buttons are very functionally and practical to use. Pairing was super easy with my Galaxy S9+ the "Galaxy Wearable" app is very useful and was auto-setup fast. This product performs the best with samsung as do the airpods with apple, and these are perfect for my use. They are probably the best earbuds I've ever owned (better than wired)
    I kept hearing that it wouldn't stay in peoples ears, but it fits super well like it was moulded specifically for my ears, and doesnt stick out too much either, as I can still hear music in bed with my ear on the pillow. I am using the size 2 ear wings and the size 3 earpieces but just find what's right for you. The volume is incredible, it has independant volume control for each earbud and your phone volume.
    I would definately recommend this product 110% as it is really amazing and offers everything I love and more.
    Please dont waste time and money on other cheaper brands or competing truly wireless earbuds and just take the plunge now as I should have about a month ago.

    At first, things were great with my Icon X Ear buds, when I opened the box I was impressed with the overall quality of the materials used and even with the compact size, you could tell they were made with high quality materials. I am a die-hard Samsung fan ( I am on my 6th Galaxy phone and 3rd Samsung tablet, let alone my Samsung TVs) and was incredibly excited to get these as I have been using the Jaybird wireless headphones for years and wanted the premium Samsung product and did not get it.
    Once i fitted the correct sizing for my ear, they stayed in fairly good. The problem begins when you decide to move any muscle in your head or neck. The sensor in the earbud that turns them on is incredibly delicate and will constantly turn on and off as you move (don't even get me started on what happens if your ear has sweat or moisture in it), which then causes you to touch the headphone control pad with your finger which %80 of the time thinks you are skipping to the next track and skips the song or podcast you are in the middle of.
    The sounds quality is great when both headphones are working. The right-side earbud has permanently gone to about %50 of its original volume (which is a known problem with Samsung). I have had it repaired once, with it happening again within 2 weeks of getting them back from Samsung and they have no permanent fix for it.
    Battery life if fairly good, I have got about 6-8 hours of continuous listening on them and charge time is fairly quick with the USB-C charge port.

    For the money, these are not worth it and I wish I would have returned them while I still could have and gotten a different product. For working out they are useless and even for just around the house tasks, they drive me crazy if i am doing anything with my head. Samsung you have let me down.

    I bought these in June 2018 and it is now Jan 2019 and for the last few months I have noticed that the battery life drains while the buds are stored in their case. I am horribly disappointed about this, the whole point of a charging case is to keep the buds CHARGED. I don't use them all the time so there are times that they will stay stored for a couple weeks at a time and when I come back to them both buds and the case are all completely dead. After some reading, I see that LOTS of people are having the exact same issue.

    After running into the issue with the battery : at retail price of nearly $300 (cad) I can't say that I'd really recommend these to anyone. That's a lot of money to spend on a product that has such a serious issue, not to mention all the other problems a lot of customers are having.

    I was skeptical about whether or not these were the old version or if they were the 2018 version (with a longer battery life and no HR monitor) and they are. I'm really glad I went for it and put my faith in other people's reviews because I did NOT want the older version with the super short battery life.

    -I've had these for about 6 months and haven't encountered any functional problems with them yet.
    -The fit is a bit off - you kind of have to twist them into your ear canal. The ear tips aren't a perfect fit for me but I make it work without too much struggle.
    -The wireless connection is far from flawless. If my body is obstructing the connection, it will cut out for a second. For example, while I'm running if I quickly twist my head all the way to the left as far as I can go to check for traffic, often it will cut out. It reconnects instantly though.
    -Sound is alright. Not the best I have ever heard but the sound is still decent and good enough for me.
    -The fit doesn't slip or fall no matter if you're wearing them with the small ear tips for a relaxed fit or the bigger ear tips for a completely sound sealing fit.
    -With the bigger ear tips, the sound seals nicely. This however makes it so I can hear the pounding of my footsteps in my head almost louder than my music. Often, I wear them with smaller ear tips. Just tight enough to get decent sounding base but also loose enough it doesn't completely seal.
    -They have an ambient sound function, which I love. This allows you to hear outside noise through the buds. It sort of sounds distorted like in a normal phone call, but it does the job if you need to be aware of your surroundings. This will eat your battery a bit faster though.
    -When I use them for hands-free calling they seem to function fine. No one has complained that I sound distant or strange. (Mind you, I don't use this feature a whole lot so my input here might not be 100%).
