As a worktable, Pegasus can support up to 300 lbs, but folded down into a sawhorse, it can hold up to 1000 lbs. It may be light, but it’s engineered to be sturdy.

Product description

Take on your favorite projects in whole new way this year with the innovative WORX Pegasus. The Pegasus is a versatile work station that converts from a table to a sawhorse in seconds. It can be joined with other Pegasus tables to create a larger work surface and includes a dual clamping system to hold any object securely in place. As a work table, the Pegasus offers a 31-inch x 25-inch surface capable of supporting up to 300 pounds; the unique link-lock system ensures your Pegasus table will hold heavier materials without buckling or folding. Two quick-adjusting bar clamps slide along the built-in tabletop channels and act like a second set of hands to hold straight-edged materials in place for cutting, gluing, painting, varnishing, and all other DIY tasks. Four holding pegs (clamp dogs) can be rearranged across the tabletop to secure rounded or irregularly shaped objects. You can also remove the clamps and simply fold down the sides of the Pegasus for a sturdy sawhorse that can support up to 1,000 pounds. In sawhorse mode, the Pegasus has indentation wells designed to help hold a standard 2 x 4 steady so you can work more safely and easily. The Pegasus is also designed to be compact and lightweight so you can take it anywhere. A built-in lower shelf holds tools and a power strip to keep everything easily accessible, organized, and out of the way. When you’re done for the day, the Pegasus folds flat for easy storage—perfect for those with a smaller workspace or garage. Whether you’re a DIY lover, a crafter, or a woodworker, the WORX Pegasus is the perfect companion to every project on your list.

As the photo and video I attached, I used the workbench table to make renovations to my shed, it was and still an amazing product which helped me a lot in my summer project, it is sturdy , robust with very coherent height , easy to install and work on, then when done fold and go. The two claps underneath helped alot with any material u want to work with. Price wise I don’t care how much I payed for I even forgot how much I paid. The holes on the surface are very usable when u try to through away ur stuff like screws, bits, marker, etc … etc.The product came so fast in no time.All in allI am so happy with it.5 star

It is a bit on the heavy side and tabletop does not unfold perfectly flat (very slight hump in the centre). If I need a quick fold-out table, this is my 2nd choice.     My shop doubles as my garage, so every time I work on a project, I have to pull out and set up all my tools. I initially purchased this folding work table to mount my router table, and it’s been a perfect fit. The built-in clamps hold everything securely, and the storage pockets are great for keeping screws and small items handy. After using it for a while, I began to really appreciate how solid it is—no wobble, even with the heavy router table on top. I ended up buying a second one for general use, and they work great together. The two small ties allow me to join the tables into one larger surface, which was particularly helpful when I was building my virtual pinball machine.     This work table makes me want to toss some furniture from my living room so it can have a permanent home right at hand. It is stable, strong, and so very sensibly designed. I'll be using it for woodworking projects mostly. Since it was my Christmas present to myself, I set it up while I read about the features, planning to put it away soon. But no, I had some parts sorting to do and there was the big lid from the Christmas ornament box not far away. I put that on the Pegasus, used the slick clamp dogs to keep it in place, put in a towel, and sorted away. After that, I decided to display some last-minute Xmas items. Once the holidays are over, I might even use it for woodworking, but suspect it will find many, many uses. Love the big clamps and that everything has a place, and it all folds up flat and is easy to put away. Oh, and also, the top has little trays to collect tools and screws for the current project. It's a darn fine piece of equipment, and I should have bought it years ago, right after I bought the Jawhorse which does have a permanent place close at hand.

    I bought one and used it for my inside wall garage project. I went and got another one. Out of box. Boom flip it out and ready to. Great for all projects. Hobby, Construction, make a large table in 2 seconds, etc. Comes with 2 clamps and has a great clamping system built into the table. They remove easily and have a place to put them on the legs. Folds up small and easy to store. Very sturdy and tough.
    I have a funny story involving these. I was doing my garage project and had improperly stacked 12 5/8 inch 4x8 sheets against the wall in garage. While installing wall plugs I heard a big boom. I had the garage door open and had a wind gust come through and all the sheets fell right on the corner of this bench. Yes it damaged the bench and I won't even ask for warranty but half the bench is still function. It broke one the legs. The force of that would have killed me or flattened any other bench if it wasn't made of steel. VERY TOUGH. I bought another one to replace it the next day.

    Absolutely Brilliant - this is the 2nd one I have brought (you can join them together)
    The shipping to NZ cost a lot but I love this so much it was worth it.

    Solid, very sturdy & strong, yet very easy to erect, fold up & store.
    Not too heavy to easily move around, although I wouldnt want to carry it for half a mile.

    Worx have nailed it with this - it is the perfect balance between strength & portability - any heavier & it would be a hassle to move, any lighter it would not be sturdy enough.
    The Clamps are versatile, fairly strong, & work well, & i stands up by itself when folded.

    Granted, its not the cheapest, but trust me, it is well worth the extra money, & is a delight to use.
    But dont just take my word for it - check out the glowing reviews on YouTube.

    Buy it - you will love it.
