Do you have marketing and supply chain management background? We are looking for a entry level marketing person who has a strong interest in analysing, finding and purchasing beauty and wellness products for our E-commerce store.
This position requires that you have knowledge in both marketing and logistics.

You are very analytical and can make decision fast. Timing is important, you a person of action. You follow up with your marketing team members to ensure that they put the products online quickly and start advertising it. You are reliable and go for the extra miles.
You will use SWOT Analysis and other market research tools to identify niche product or has potential to become a hot selling product at different channels such as Google Shopping, Amazon and Ebay.

Your Goal: Find and Purchase products that has high demand
Your Responsibilities
- Research New Products and check the market demand and opportunities
- Forecast demand of new product and identify the life cycle of current products
- Negotiating with Chinese and US suppliers to get the optimal price and product quality control
- Manage purchasing orders and customs documentation and customs brokers.
- Work closely with the Operations Team on product quality management
- Work closely with Marketing team on launching new product and pricing strategies
- Issue purchase orders, track and expedite purchases while working with internal departments and external vendors
Required Skill Set
Strong analytical, planning, organizing and prioritizing skils.
Must have excellent communication and negotiating skills
Ability to identify and solve problems individually and in a team environment
Ability to multi-task under pressure and deadline.
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
Understand customer needs and able to identify new market opportunities
Education
Diploma or Bachelors in Business / Marketing
Experience
At Least 6 month in product marketing (selling product online)
Nice To Have
Preferred: Purchasing Designation (PMAC/SCMP)
