Receptionist and Office Assistant
Part-time job

We are looking for two (2) part-time receptionists/office assistants roughly 20-30 hours a week to help us in our new location at Marine Gateway (Marine Drive at Cambie St), Marpole, Vancouver BC.

Our wellness clinic offers chiropractic, massage therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture. This is a permanent part-time position, with potential for full-time. Multilingual and previous customer service experiences would be considered assets.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and a team player. Customer service is our number one priority.

You will be responsible for welcoming all visitors with a smile, answering phone calls, booking appointments and other office assistant duties.

We are looking for someone with following attributes:

- Great team player
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to details skills
- Works efficiently and effectively
- Comfortable with computers (iMac/iPad)
- General Professional Proficiency: English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) or Filipino

Experience is not required but is an asset, training will be provided for the right candidate. Compensation depends on experiences and education. Flexible hours.
