Forklift Driver & Customer Service Representative

Job Opening: Customer Service & Warehouse (Order Picker/ Forklift Driver)

Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a Mandarin/ English speaking Customer Support / Order Picker/ Forklift Operator for an international health food distribution company in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate is energetic and is customer-service oriented. Limited or warehouse experience with the right customer service attitude is welcome! Forklift experience or willing to train for forklift is an asset.

Responsibilities:
*Offer customer service when clients arrive to pick up orders
*Pick orders from warehouse
*Receive and enter orders onto computer as needed
*Forklift driving experience – no cost to our associate if certification is needed

Requirements:
•Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
•Experience in customer service
•Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•General ability of using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
•Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
•Post-Secondary education would be an asset
•Good Mandarin and conversational English skills, written and verbal is essential

Possible Mondays to Fridays are 1pm to 9pm, Sat 11am to 6pm

Salary Range: $14-18/ hour depending on skills and experience
