Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a Mandarin/ English speaking Customer Support / Order Picker for a health food distribution company. The ideal candidate is energetic and is customer-service oriented. Limited or warehouse experience with the right customer service attitude is welcome!

Responsibilities:
*Offer customer service when clients arrive to pick up orders
*Pick simple orders from small warehouse
* Use of the computer system looking up orders or inventory and upon pick up

Education and Experience
Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
Experience in customer service
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
Post-Secondary education would be an asset
Good Mandarin and conversational English skills, written and verbal is essential
Ability to drive Or willingness to learn forklift driving would be an asset

Possible Mondays to Fridays are 1pm to 9pm, Sat 11am to 6pm

Wage is $14-15/ hour and if drive forklift, $16-18/ hour
