Job Description

Title: Licensed Immigration Consultant or Immigration Lawyer

Employer: Morgan & Company Consulting Inc.

Terms of Employment: Permanent full-time, 30 - 35 hours per week

Salary: To be negotiated               Benefit: Bonus on cases successfully completed

Location: Richmond, British Columbia

Qualification: ICCRC Membership      Experience: Prefer  2+ years related experience

Language: Fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin

Computer Skills: Windows, MS Word, Internet browser

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing,  Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning

Duties:

Advise client of his/her options on matters related to immigration;

Plan, prepare and review submissions for skill and entrepreneur PNP applications, work/study permit, family sponsorship application, PR Card renewal, citizenship application, visitor visa;

Provide training and guideline to case coordinator/processor in handling client’s case;

Handle client’s query during application;

Represent clients before IRCC and PNP Programs;

Monitor case progress and make sure deadline is met;

Prepare clients for interview and accompany clients for interview;

Highly organized in prioritizing and performing multiple projects concurrently while being attentive to details and accuracy;

Self-motivated in completing individual job tasks and cooperative in a team environment;

Experienced and knowledgeable in immigration categories and procedures; able to learn new things quickly and thrive in fast pace environment.
