About us: Alvis Tsui (FSS) Inc. has over 20 years of experience in supporting international students. We strive to be the service center for every international student in Canada. All of the staff at FSS are trained to have a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian education system and are equally familiar with most of the public and private institutions in Canada. FSS has a long history in serving the Canadian education industry and has successfully assisted thousands of international students presently in Canada.

Working Hours: Full Time Position – Monday to Friday (Occasionally Saturday)

Main Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Promote BC Education System to potential parents and students

• Recruit qualified students for respective institutions

• Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies to promote represented institutions

• Awareness of changes and policies to the BC Education System and represented institutions

• Organize and conduct training seminars or info sessions to prospective applicants

• Create and maintain database of clients – Tracking students recruited through various social media sources • Manage and update various social media platforms

• Translation of marketing materials provided by represented institutions in Simplified and Traditional Chinese language

Qualifications / Skills:

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor Degree

• Excellent written and oral conversation skills in both English and Mandarin – Cantonese an asset • Knowledgeable in BC Education System – Secondary and Post-Secondary

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledgeable of the web and social media marketing tools

• Legal status to work in Canada

• Ability to work under pressure and meet expected deadlines

• Ability to work individually and as a team

• Ability to lift and carry boxes approximately 10kg

• Adaptability to changes

• Willing to learn new technology programs Remuneration: Based on experiences Application
