Project Coordinator
A new established IT company has an amazing opportunity for an individual with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. This position also oversees the development and maintenance of strategic and tactical communications and consultation programs and provides leadership and direction to project staff. Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating program and project implementations through initiation and requirements, design, build, testing and closure.
What you'll be doing:
led infrastructure development, including communications plans that address the needs of key
audiences, stakeholder engagement, key message development and delivery, media responses,
community consultation, issues management, and input into the website and information line
processes, including stakeholder engagement, and making recommendations on issues
management as required
external stakeholders such as environmental agencies and regulators, communities and local
governments, and business interests
corporate communications and engagement activities. Ensure consistency between project
communications and corporate communications, media and government relations functions
implementation of activities and programs designed to meet the intention of specific strategic
priorities
requirements, overheads, consultancy services, planned business programs and service provision
descriptions, accountabilities and reporting arrangements to optimize service delivery
