looking for a volunteer supervisor & event coordinator

Canada Youth Robotics Club is a non-profit club focused on robotics education. With experienced K-12 instructors and students serving as its core members, Canada Youth Robotics Club is committed to improving the visibility and knowledge of robotics education in Canada.

We are looking for a volunteer supervisor & event coordinator.

Duties:

1. Coordinate with volunteer management
2. Organize and coordinate events for our volunteers
3. Communication with stakeholders for volunteer’s development
4. Other administration duties

Requirements

1. Event organization experiences preferred
2. Have experiences working with volunteers
3. Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Chinese and English
4. Must be flexible to work any shift that is assigned
