Duties:

• • -Schedule travel and meeting arrangements, and maintain appropriate filing systems.
  • -Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
  • -Answer and direct phone calls, write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • -Network with tour operators, maintain statistical and financial records.
  • -Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
  • -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • -Determine and establish office procedures.
  • -Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • -Greet clients, cooperate with them to determine their needs and advise them appropriate travel plans.
  • -Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
  • -Prepared accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices and checks.
  • -Perform all mandatory administration duties and records.

  Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documentation 
  • Exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-talker and problem-solver
  • Proficiency in business management and budgeting
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
  • Proficient in MS Office 

   

  Requirement: 

  • Completion of bachelor degree 
  • At least 6 months of admin or assistant experience
