诚聘生产部机器操作人员

全职职位，工资待遇好。工作三个月后会有各种医疗保险及医疗辅助和退休储蓄计划。全职员工上班时间范围为：周一至周五 早9点至下午5：30 每年年终考核工作底薪会根据业绩有所增加，还有年终奖金分红等福利。

As part of the Production Team, you will have the following main functions:

• General duties involving the physical handling, adjusting, maintaining, and preparing of packaging converting machine

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical maintenance problems on flexible packaging machines (training will be provided)

• Continuous monitoring of packaging machine operations including performing checks for overall production quality

• Produce packaging end products with the least amount of scrap possible to achieve high quality

• Keeps assigned machines and areas clean and safe

• Operate machinery in a safe and controlled manner, including, but not limited to: forklifts, industrial machinery and pallet moving systems (power jet, hand jet etc.)

• Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment

• Bagging finished products made by the machine

• Manage the inventory required to operate the machine

• Train staff in the operation of the machine, safety procedures and company policies

• Generating paperwork including: line sheets, production sheets, quality reports and checklists

• Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Press Lead Hand

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and have the ability to repeatedly load and unload film rolls etc. of up to 70lbs and be able to operate and troubleshoot various mechanical issues. May requires prolong standing of 8+ hours a day with continuous bending and stooping. Skills & Abilities

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Must be flexible to work shifts

• Moderate aptitude and comfort using basic computer programs

• Demonstrated ability to work safely, utilizing safe work guidelines and established safe work practices

• Previous experience operating packaging machinery

• Successful completion of knowledge and skills evaluation

• Currently certified in level 1 or 2 first aid would be an asset

• Qualification in a technical, mathematical, engineering or manufacturing field considered an asset

• Fork lift license holder desired and considered an asset

• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

• Mandarin speaking an asset
