工作职责

1.负责电商平台的运营，同时配合国内运营团队策划本地推广方案。

2.负责组建业务拓展团队，完成各区域的商户以及市场信息调研。

3.拓展新客户、新合作伙伴以及新供应商，与其进行联系、谈判以及签约。

4.与国内运营团队合作，协助加拿大中小品牌以及供应商开拓中国内地市场。

5.对日常运营数据进行分析，制定不同阶段的目标和执行方案，促进平台用户的增长和活跃度。

 

任职要求

1.3年以上市场部门或互联网公司工作经验。有北美品牌供应链渠道者优先；有电商网站或者app管理经验者

优先。

2.需要有较强的执行能力，具备良好的抗压能力。

3.思维敏捷，善于沟通，有较强的谈判能力。

4.积极创新，有开拓精神，乐于面对挑战，有团队精神，有责任心。

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the operation of the e-commerce platform,and cooperate with the operation

team in China to plan the local promotion projects.

2.Responsible for setting up a business development team to complete the survey of merchants

and market infomation in various regions.

3.Reach new customers, new parteners and new suppliers to contact, negotiate and contract

with.

4.Cooperate with the domestic operation team to assist Canadian small brands and suppliers to

explore the Chinee mainland market.

5.Analyze daily operational data, develop goals and implementation plan, and promote the growth

and activity of application users.

Requirements

1.More than 3 years of working experience in the marketing department or Internet company

preferably with supply chain channels of North American brands. Prior e-commerce website or app

management experience a plus.

2.Need to have strong executive capability, the ability to adapt and get over high-stress situation.

3. Proactive, well-organized, good at communication, and strong negotiation skills.

4. Critical thinker who can evaluate trends and formulate actionable goals, willing to face challenges

and take the responsbility.
