Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our fast growing auto parts distributing company.

About Us:

We are a diligent team of automotive experts, leading the aftermarket auto parts industry in North American via multi eCommerce platforms. We base in Vancouver Canada, with warehouses located in California, USA.

Job Duties:

- Performing accurate order entries into company’s software program

- Communicating with our warehouse of orders’ handling

- Monitoring orders’ logistic progress

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education.

- Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets (Pivot Table, V-lookup)

- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin both in writing and speaking.

- Very detail oriented and ability to multitask.

- Quick learner

- Knowledge of auto parts is an asset.

- Experience of selling on Amazon or eBay is a great asset.

Compensation: $18/hr, Dental and health insurance are provided after 3-month probation.

Employment type: Full-time

Job Location: Coquitlam, BC.

Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday, 9:00 A.M. ~ 5:30 P.M.
