About us - Stage One Academy

Stage One Academy is a well-known and influential comprehensive education institution in Richmond, British Columbia. Our academy combines professional art illumination and hobby art training, while devoting ourselves to artistic talent detection and training. It includes children’s art development, teenager’s professional training, and adult’s artistic reestablishment. We regularly host events and competitions in addition to providing students with performance, training, and competition opportunities along with chances to connect with professional agencies.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to become part of our family. This person has to be a people’s person with good interpersonal skills, as communication with our team and clients are of utmost importance.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Greet and assist clients in person

-Office duties such as (but not limited to) organize files, process E-mail, make/answer phone calls

-General administrative work as assigned

-Light maintenance of facility

-Handle Payments

Qualifications (skills and experiences)

-Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a must

-Previous receptionist/administrative assistant/sales experience is a strong asset.

-Tech savvy – proficiency in Microsoft office and Google related services (Gmail, Calendar, etc)

-Flexible availability to adjust work schedule is an asset

Qualifications (personal)

Team player, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, great time management, fast learner with passion, and etc. As long as you bring your best self and be open minded to learning new things.

What we offer

-Salary: $14 – 20 per hour, depending on ability and experience

Location: Richmond, BC near Lansdowne

Work hours: Thursday to Monday, time to be discussed.
