IT Sales Representative
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Professionally establish and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present/sell products and services to potential clients
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service- (eg. promptly answer any questions clients have, maintain client satisfaction through follow-up efforts, etc.)
- Maximizes sales opportunities with every customer by using current selling techniques and company programs.
- Communicating regularly with their Manager to maximize sales.
- Maintains company merchandising standards, including current pricing, promotional planners, ad set-ups and displays.
- Has a complete understanding of all company products, policies and procedures related to this position.
- Identifies and communicates suggestions for improvements in all areas of business.
- Ensures the proper use and care of all equipment.
Qualification:
- 3 years minimum of IT Sales team experience in IDC field.
- Demonstrates leadership tendencies.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner.
- Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Capacity to communicate with customers effectively using a variety of mediums.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively and efficiently.
- Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team.
- Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
System Administrator
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision.
- Works closely with other infrastructure team members to produce robust solutions
- Implement best practice solutions into the environment
- Proactive and hands on management of mission critical systems.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure all systems and networks are appropriately monitored
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and ensures all licensing requirements are met.
- Provide guidance, training and support to other members of the team
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- 3 years minimum of hands on Windows Systems Administration experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in Windows and Linux technologies
- Strong technical knowledge of VMware (DRS, HA, vSwitches, vDistributed Switches, Update Manager, SRM, Orchestrator)
- 3 years minimum of hands on VMware Administration experience
- Demonstrated experience Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Windows SCCM
- Demonstrated experience with could backup solutions
- 3 years minimum of hands on experience on SAN Storages
Network Administrator
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and administering existing network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and administering existing server infrastructure.
- Building out new network and server infrastructure.
- Assisting internal help desk with more complicated problems/fixes.
- Regularly auditing configurations and health of systems.
- Actively monitoring servers and network for any issues.
- Anything else requiring your abilities and expertise as they arise.
Qualification:
- 5+ years experience building, configuring and administering Windows 2008 and above servers.
- Experience setting up and administering Linux servers
- 5+ years experience building, configuring and administering Cisco routers and switches.
- 5+ years experience building, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops and laptops.
- Ability to learn quickly, demonstrating the ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and take ownership in work.
- CCNA or better certification.
- Preference will be given to those with Microsoft certifications also.
Software Developers
(Develop the universal management system projects related to Internet of Things (IoT).)
Qualification:
- Ideally 2-5 years of related experience
- Be familiar with Internet of Things (IoT) Technology
- Experience with object oriented language, Java, or C#
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, and AngularJS)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices
It will be considered an asset if you have:
- Experience with database design and development
- Experience with iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile development
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
