Full Time Technical Support Wanted $18/hr

We are seeking for full time Auto Parts Technical Support to join our fast growing E-Commerce company.

Qualified candidate must be skilled in use of basic computer applications and very detail oriented.

Job responsibilities Include answering customers' phone inquiries and replying customers' emails.

Full dental and health insurance including MSP will be covered after 3 month probation.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. 5:30 P.M.

Requirements:

-Must complete post-secondary education.

-Must be Fluent in English both writing and speaking.

-Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or related fields.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Excel)

-Auto parts knowledge is a great asset

Salary: $18.00 /hour
