ASI Corp is hiring for a Customer service/RMA clerk position in our Richmond, Canada Office.
客戶服務/RMA Clerk
- Responsible for the execution of internal Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA); process, enter and invoice RMA paperwork and packets received though various avenues such as telephone calls, email and fax; scan and save packets/documents; enter information into the proper system for documentation; maintain records of outgoing RMAs, updating as necessary; processing packets into a digital format to increase accessibility and use.
Requirements/Preferences:
Great attention to detail and very well organized
Excellent soft skills, written, verbal and communications skills
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the returned product or testing units.
Must be willing to Learn New Skills
Must be able to work on Multiple Tasks & take on New Task
Salary:
$13-$15/hr
