Full time: Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented individual for the Front Desk Receptionist position. If you want to learn and develop in this long-term position, and you have an excellent customer service skill, Galaxy Lighting welcomes you to join our team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Writing, Speaking, Listening and Reading English, Mandarin and Cantonese are not required but consider as an asset
• Detail-oriented and hard-working
• Strong computer literacy
• Fast learner in multi-tasking environment
• Ability to work under pressure and be comfortable to answer the phone

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting customers
• Miscellaneous office duties, include but not limit to:
  • Assist different departments if needed
  • Handling the courier delivery and pickups
  • Order office supplies when needed
  • Document filing
  • Basic data input

Required Education: high school diploma

Required experience: at least one-year similar experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, include half-hour for lunch break and 15 minutes break from 3:30pm to 3:45pm

Compensation:

• Salary will be discussed
• Extended health insurance
