As the business continues to grow significantly, we are looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented Logistic Assistant to join our Vancouver office immediately. You must be a natural communicator with a positive “can-do” attitude, have a collaborative team approach and be able to embrace a diverse range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process logistics requests from manager and ensure all necessary follow-up action is completed
• Liaise with customer to schedule, coordinate and ensure receipt of goods
• Trouble Tickets handling
• Product batch exchange
• Dealer and Store order
• Pick up stores returned devices and recycle
• Purolator returned devices recycle and record return reason
• Customer walk in case
• Product inventory count (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
• Shipping supplies order and skid shipping scheduling
• Accessories’ sorting, clean up and testing
• Pick up the company lunch.
• Process the work assigned by the department head.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Holds a minimum of a college diploma or an undergraduate degree
• Driver license
• Computer literate (MS Office and MS Outlook).
• Knowledge of Telecommunication Industry
• Good command of Mandarin, English. Cantonese is an asset.
• Positive Professional Attitude, self-motivated, and careful

Job Type: Full-time

Working Schedule:

Mon-Fri 9:00AM – 5:30PM with one-hour break (Free lunch provided by Company every work day.)
