Job Description

Key Areas of Accountability

• Builds, develops and maintains strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communication that ensures project delivery and results are meeting expectations for being on time, and on budget
• Proactively develops client relationships through early and regular phone check-ins, lunches, social events and connecting at various business events
• Identifies share of wallet opportunities to grow existing client revenue through strategic marketing
• Ensures successful strategic direction and alignment of brand messaging on all client deliverables
• Actively pursues ongoing education of clients’ industries and markets for strategic insights and trends that may impact their marketing success
• Supports business development function through active participation in sales meetings as required, creating presentations, scope of work, writing proposal details,
• Actively networks within the marketing field, BC food and beverage industry, and manages new contacts
• Reviews creative briefs for to ensure brand consistency and strategic direction Qualifications

Requirements:

• Suggested minimum of 5 years' experience in brand marketing
• Knowledge with tea culture and give guidance to editorial and design team
• Excellent research, communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Energetic, detail oriented, and organized, with strong time management skills
• Excellent with the development of brand and integrated campaign strategic plans and recommendations.
• Brief brand service and inspire solutions.
• Generate brand-building ideas and strategies.
• Review work and recommendations to ensure strategic accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with senior level client contacts
• Provide strategic support in new business
• Keep up to date with industry trends
