Job description:

Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience: you’ll be responsible to assist the General Manager, Assistant GM and Full Time Leads in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an incredible guest experience for every person that walks into your store.

Brief and Debrief for Our Guests: you'll be responsible for instructing and assisting guests on the proper use of our equipment and what to expect in the experience. You'll also assist in suiting up and removing the gear after their experience. You will ensure all guests are provided a video memento of their experience that our guests can share on social media, as well as taking great photos of the guests in the gear.

Marketing: you'll be responsible for distributing flyers and other marketing materials as instructed by the General Manager, Assistant General Manager or a Lead.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: you'll support the General Manager in all aspects of monitoring, managing and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise in day to day operations.
