Delivery Runner and service survey calls clerk (Vancouver)

Required are minimum of 1 year phone experience Base + bonus.

Must be hardworking, energetic, organized, self-motivated.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment and stay focused to help achieve survey goals and targets. 

Free training is offered, good team atmosphere.

Must be fluent in English (bilingual Chinese is an asset) and be able to speak to clients in a professional manner.

Duties Include but not limited to:
- delivery small packages and flyers 
- Handing inbound phone calls and converting to appointments 
- Make outbound follow up calls to prospective clients
- Completing survey over the phone
- Data entry + follow up etc. 
- MS office basic experience.


Must have a great attitude, excellent communication skills, strong motivation and persuasion skills and smart in order to engage with prospective clients on the phone;
