Expanding stone fabricator is looking an office clerk who will be able to

• Help with day to day administrative work, emails and phone calls,
• Assist walk-in customers selecting colours and answer questions,
• Order and receive materials and label it,
• Track inventory

• Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Mandarin
• Strong attention to details and able to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel
• Basic accounting or construction knowledge is an asset
• Able to work on a team and independently
• Least 1 year office experience
• Organized, punctual, diligent and reliable
