招聘地产开发项目助理Hiring Real Estate Development Project Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual with real estate development background supporting key executives as well as organizational governance practices to join our team as an Project Assistant.

This role supports and coordinates the activities of our projects and senior management teams to ensure effective collaboration and efficient execution. This role also functions as a Corporate Secretary and provides governance support to the senior management teams, ensuring efficient administration, record-keeping, and compliance.

这工作需要积极有效的管理项目文书，搭建工作档案，并协助管理团队保证项目的日常高效顺畅的沟通及记录工作及会议纪要.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

经验要求

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ real estate development working experience.不低于1-2年房地产公司相关工作经验
• Post-secondary business degree or diploma preferred or comparable experience, Project management or related major preferred. 商业专科或以上相关经验，项目管理类优先.
• Solid MS Office skills in order to prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, and manage office documents and email.熟练掌握日常文本工作所需的OFFICE软件已便管理文档及电邮.
• Good experience with taking accurate and detailed meeting minutes.能熟练准确的记录会议纪要.
• Chinese and English fluent speaker 中英文双语熟练.
