屋顶防水公司招聘全职 Marketing Coordinator

Helios Roofing and Waterproofing Ltd is a construction company located in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for a marketing coordinator to join our team. This position will be available to start in late February 2019.

Position: Full-time marketing coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and sales activities to boost up company’s sales
• Evaluate the current marketing activities and recommend changes to be implemented
• Participate in the development of marketing material and content
• Maintain online presence on social media platforms and company website
• Gather information about the competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help the company know its position on the market
• Conduct research on industry trend and new marketing channels and develop marketing strategies
• Conduct customer satisfaction survey on the quality of services
• Work with sales department to determine sources of business
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher education background (Major in marketing, business or related discipline preferred)
• Previous marketing or sales experience is an asset, especially in roofing or construction industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative and eager to learn
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Organized, dependable and meticulous, with excellent time management skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, various social media
• Ability to retain active attitude and possess a strong work ethic
• Must be a team player and able to work effectively with minimum supervision.

Salary: Depend on candidate’s working experience. Group benefits coverage after 3 months’ probation period. 4% vacation pay.
