We are a dynamic, Vancouver-based Commercial Real Estate Brokerage focusing on land assembly. Our mission is to identify land to a wide range of clients so that it may evolve into residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. Our name is descriptive of what we're able to do in a dynamic fashion: bring together buyers and sellers of underutilized lots so that there's a mutual gain. 

Opportunity
We are seeking an Analyst, Real Estate to join our team. Reporting to the CFO, the Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research and valuation analyses, assisting in the overall direction of the Brokerage. 

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare accurate analysis reports using the latest market information obtained from various internal/external partners;
• Continuously upgrade the level of knowledge regarding market and industry trend;
• Develop cash flow proformas to be used in the appraisal/assessment review process;
• Conduct research and collect data from both internal database and third-party sources with respect to, comparable building transactions and general market knowledge; and
• Assist Agents and Principals in the day to day operations and record keeping.

Must Haves

• University or college degree, preferably in Commerce, Economics, or Finance
• Preference will be given to candidates who have taken a real estate specialization and/or appraisal-related curriculum.
• 1-2 years of related experience in real estate or valuation is an asset
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and oral presentation
• Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Excellent time management skills and resourcefulness
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset, but not mandatory.
