Legal Assistant/ Receptionist

Immediate position required for a busy Richmond Law Office. We are seeking a candidate who is skilled at performing the following duties:

- greeting clients

- answering phones

- setting appointments

- file management

- data entry

- assisting in preparation of legal documents

- other daily duties.

Preferences will be given to those who have completed a Secondary School Diploma and Bachelor Degree in Canada and have gained some office working experience.

Must have great organizational skills, excellent computer and database skills, ability to multi-task and must have an excellent command of English and Chinese languages.

Basic book-keeping knowledge is an asset.

This entry-level position is a good start for those who are interested in pursuing professional career as legal assistant/paralegal.

Remuneration based on experience.
