Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is recruiting for a client company who is a clinic in Surrey, BC. We are looking for a responsible person able to direct the phone calls to the right doctors. This is an ideal position for a parent who wants to work part time as to be able to drop off and pick up child(ren).
Responsibilities:
* Create a calm environment
* Comfortable with children with different types of disabilities
* Ability to understand/ decide which Doctors to direct the calls to or to answer clients queries or information
* Scheduling appointments for Doctors
* Administrative duties

Requirements:
* Must be fluent in English; Mandarin could be an asset!
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable on MS Office
* Type minimum of 35wpm and more
3 days of Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. Total typical work average work hours are 15 hours and up to 20 hours/ week after more Doctors return to work.

Starting Pay is $17-18/ hour depending on experience, plus 4% vacation pay on each pay.
