Education

-Completion of secondary education is required -Completion of university , college or post secondary education is an asset

-Bilingualism or multilingualism is an asset

Experience

-At least 2 years as a supervisor*

Job Duties:

-Maintain, check and control inventory of materials and products -Request supplies and materials -Coordinate, assign, and review the works of the workers -Scheduling and routing of deliveries -Mentors the younger and less experienced workers -Perform several job duties and provide customer service -Input orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications -Operate cash registers and credit card machines -Handle customer complaints or questions in a professional manner -Must often clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during a normal shift -Maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages -Complete other assigned tasks set by management every day
