- Ensure that all necessary information, documentation, and approvals were in place to
accurately complete implementations
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Provide customer service and ready assistance to a variety of clients to ensure requests were
completed in a timely manner
- Manage daily email correspondences, and practice safe handling of sensitive and confidential
client information
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or
challenging circumstances.
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
- Professional and discreet, able to deal with confidential or sensitive matters.
- Confident and able work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
- Flexible and willing to work outside of core hours when necessary.
- Uploading and retrieving information from cloud-based data storage and sharing systems
