Logistics Manager

Location: Richmond, BC

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders: timely and accurately coordinate multiple orders and provide shipping status to CSR team to ensure on-time delivery
• Responsible for the order taking & order fulfillment processing for pick up and delivery
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, support packing for shipping.
• Monitoring the inventory levels and promptly notifying the purchasing department if inventory levels run low;
• Arranging inspections, shipping arrangements, preparing or gathering shipping documents
• Develop the Logistics forecasting & planning processes to deliver information to the operational teams to enable flawless performance on service level and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• College or University diploma in a Business/Logistics related field is required
• 1 –2 years of logistics experience is required and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.
• Strong computer skills required, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong attention to detail and able to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Class-5 Driver license is required
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
