Responsibilities:
organize and manage client files
greet, liaise with, and follow up with clients
prepare class materials for teachers
answer the phones, route calls as appropriate
assist in managing office and classroom schedule (making appointments)
for those with entrepreneurial spirit, responsibilities may also include: working in small teams on business development projects corresponding to personal interests, possibly in the areas of marketing, operation research, publishing, business strategies, professional learning communities, liaison, and human resources

Qualifications:
fluent Chinese and English a must
personal qualities: optimistic, results-oriented, organized, driven, and personable
experience with MS Word, Excel
flexible schedule
exceptional customer service skills
entrepreneurial spirit for the startup environment a plus
strong communication skills (written and verbal)
ability to work with minimal supervision
