Mr. Mustache Tea & Dessert seeking a PT Pastry Cook.

We are a growing bubble tea/dessert shop, that serves French desserts with bubble tea. Our goal is to combine Asian and Western culture pastries with bubble tea, providing different and fun experiences to our customers.

Qualifications & skills required:

-Strong pastry background with one-year work experience preferred

-Formal pastry and baking diploma (or working toward) is an asset

-Food Safe certification an asset

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

-Strong communication skills, attention to detail and cleanliness

-Good time management and organization

Job duties and responsibilities:

-Production, finishing and display of a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies etc. for retail store sales and catering orders

-Following detailed verbal and written directions such as daily task sheets and ordering guides

-Control and maintain records of inventory

Follow health and safety regulations for food preparation

-Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs

-Early (start time of 6 am) Night (start time of 4pm) and weekend shifts

Job Type:  Pastry cook PT

Salary:  $15-20/hr
