Summary:

This is the business management and development company. The Customer Service Program Coordinator is responsible to coordinate the relationship between licensed immigration agency and sales agency. Accuracy, timeliness and adherence to company and government policies are integral to this position. This is a full-time role that will join our energetic and vibrant team located in downtown Vancouver, B.C.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Coordinate sales agency and licenced immigration consultant for preparing customers' immigration documentation according to the schedule and the process of SINP Entrepreneur Immigration program

*Communicate with supervisor about immigration documents collection and submission

*Track Customers' immigration status and feedback on a timely manner

*Analyze clients' data and generate report

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree is required

*Experience of Program Management or Business Management is an asset

*Excellent skills of MS office

*Experience and skills of handling Immigration Application Documentation are considered as asset

*Experience of data analysis and statistics

*Excellent learning skill

*Good communication skill

*Ability to work independently and efficiently

*Bilingual in English and Chinese is an asset
