Cine Gears Inc is the electronic device development in the technology of wireless motion control systems and wireless video/audio transmission equipment for film and TV industry. We are the product designer, distributor, and technology holder, moving the work of film and broadcasting forward with innovative equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and professional customer service and build strong relationships with clients over phone and email;
• Provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting over the phone and email;
• Handle and assess returned and exchanged product, follow up with client;
• Promptly responds to other department and wholesale distributors, fulfill shipping/receiving request;
• Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and online stores;
• Promote Cinegears’s products and services to prospective and existing clients;
• Organize inventory, shipping/receiving request;
• Cooperate with multiple office locations, suppliers, warehouse,  frigate, cargo, departments;
• Assist in developing marketing strategies

Job Qualifications:

• 3 years of related working experience in customers service, technical support, or relevant business experience;
• Passion in consumer technology and direct-to-consumer products.
• Experience working in a small, fast-growing start-up preferred;
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of electronic technology;
• Exceptional problem solver with the ability to guide customer to the right products;
• Strong interpersonal collaboration skills;
• Fully proficient written and verbal communications skills;
• Superior hands-on analytic skills and think creatively;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Web-Based Applications;
• Experience in the film industry or knowledge for photography equipment will be an asset;
• Experience in video production will be an asset;
• Experienced in customer service and sales will be an asset;
