Job Responsibilities
- Answer calls, receive faxes, transfer calls or record information as required to ensure timely and accurate.
- Responsible, proactive, able to efficiently complete the daily management of administrative logistics
- Responsible for the use and management of copying, faxing and printing equipment, reasonable use and reducing material consumption
- Responsible for sorting, keeping the college's commonly used forms and adding them based on actual usage
- Maintenance of information displays (organization and content) within the campus (other than signs for Admissions, Student Activities)
- Closing and opening duties of the campus, as required
- Monitoring staff whereabouts (Example: Lunches/meetings)
- Assessing supply levels and assisting with the ordering of basic facility needs
- Forwarding instructor IT concerns to the IT team
- Attending scheduled team meetings
- Keeping the Reception area clean and professional
- Providing the first point of contact and customer service
- Check-in for Admissions appointments, Assessment Tests, check-in for make-up exams
- Other duties as requested and assigned by the Campus Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, local high school graduates are preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft apps
- At least 1 year’s full-time experience working with colleges for international students
- Strong international student service mindset, communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the BC College and University system
- Able to take initiative and complete tasks as assigned
