Three rooms are available on the first floor of a house that is in a clean, quiet, and convenient neighborhood in West Coquitlam. The house is two minutes walk to 180 bus station, 10 minutes walk to the Burquitlam Skytrain station, and 30 minutes hiking to the Burnaby SFU campus. The first floor of the house is completely above ground and has tiled in-floor heating. Since there is only one bathroom and kitchen, the occupants of the rooms have to share one bathroom. The rooms can be rented out separately to different individuals, friends, or rent together to a family. Available on Dec 31, 2020, or Jan 1, 2021 Looking for students or young working professionals who live like students: quiet, keep to themselves, no smoking of any kind, and no partying. Separate entrance with one security coded gate and one security coded door. Potential renters should not be afraid or allergic to dogs as we have a two-year-old black lab who loves greeting and playing with people. Six months lease preferred. All utilities included. Rent can be lower for the right individuals. Video tour of the exterior and interior of the first floor of the house is available for serious inquirers.
