We are an active full-service law firm, looking to hire a new receptionist (Full-time: 9am to 5pm). We are located near Burquitlam Skytrain Station on North Road, Burnaby.
Duties will include:
- Greeting clients
- Managing a busy switchboard
- File opening and closing
- Opening, date stamping and sorting incoming mail
- Visiting the local banks to deposit various cheques
- Additional administrative support as needed
Qualification:
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese (both writing and speaking) would be deemed an asset.
- Prior experience at law firms not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
