建筑类经验会计：

要求职责： 将新增加的各项建筑信息录入管理系统 熟悉建筑类会计事宜，财务数据分析； 熟悉使用财会； 有较好的行政能力，有地产建筑公司相关经验为佳; 英文流利，有加拿大本地学历，合法工作身份（学签工签或移民）； 需有细心有耐心; 英文听说读写流利，有车;

Need an experienced project accountant in a local real estate developer. you will be responsible for accounting tasks. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITEIS:

• 2-3 years of experience within the construction industry in an accounting capacity

• Ensure cost control and final contract amount and closeout documentation requirements are met and agreed by subcontractors prior to issuing final payments.

• Ensure billing and A/R, includes billing deadlines, payments terms, billable and non-reimbursable expenses

• Implement and maintain internal project control safeguards.

• Manage month-close process ensure bills and project costs are posted or accrued. 

• Manage project financial closeout with project. 

• Coordinate preparation of financial, special analyses, cost control and informational reports for project.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience within the construction industry in an accounting capacity

• Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline

• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and experience with accounting software.
