Position Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
- Establish active communication and engage with sales representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to product and sales inquiries from all related parties
- Enter sales orders/invoices into system and perform charges on client credit cards
- Apply customer payments by cheques, direct deposits, and credit cards to invoices
- Review AR aging and collect payments for outstanding invoices
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Coordinate with sales representative, marketing and accounting team setting up prices for special orders, new products, and review prices annually or based on needs
- Coordinate with marketing team developing sales forecasts
- Comply with BCLDB regulations by monitoring policy changes, submitting required reports, registering prices and so on
- Be able to manage inventory and sales data and generate sales reports
- Take sales and inventory related projects and assignments
Inventory management
- Monitor and organize inventory including raw material, semi-finished and finished products inventories while effectively tracking new materials, products and services
- Analyzes product usage and adjusts inventory levels for each inventory site as appropriate to optimize inventory levels
- Coordinate Inventory counts to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and maintain an accurate and current inventory information system
- Investigate and report physical inventory count discrepancies to identify and prevent all kind losses
- Monitor and coordinate minimizing cost incurred along supply chain
Supply chain support and others
- Review and process purchase orders for company’s approval
- Review and process sales and inventory related contract and agreement for company’s approval
- Monitor and coordinate minimizing cost incurred along supply chain including storage, shipping cost, batch order and so on
- Coordinate online shipments
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Fluent speak and write in Mandarin
- An ideal applicant must be responsive and detailed
- High level of English proficiency in oral and writing
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel
- Excellent client service skills
- Experience with Quickbook is an asset
- Must be a team player and work well with others in a professional manner
