1. Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher

• Reports to: Sous Chef/Head Chef
• Rate of Pay: TBD
• Job Type: Full - Time(10:00am ~ 8:30pm, 10hrs shift), Permanent (Mon ~ Fri)
• Break Time : 3:00 ~ 4:00pm

Job Duties for Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher

• Wash/dry/put away all dishes, utensils, containers, etc.

• Take out garbage and recycling and re-bag bins

• Sanitize dish machine and sinks at the end of the night

• Clean dish machine filters

• Assist in extra prep and hot food

• Knowledge of and compliance with all company Policies and Safety Procedures; Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication skills;

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, but love collaborating within a team;

• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;

• May be required to work overtime hours.

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Japanese food preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

2. Part Time Server

• Job Types: PT Server
• Reports to: Manager
• Rate of Pay: TBD
• Job Type: Part - Time(3:30pm ~ 8:30pm), Permanent (Mon ~ Fri)

Job Duties for Servers/Runners:

• Greet Customers, place order on tablets, ensure prompt placement of orders, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, and clear empty plates or used utensils
• Cleaning and stocking duties
• Present menus and help customer select food/beverages
• Clears remaining items from tables. As well as cleans and presets tables
• Collect payments from customers with established cash handling procedures
• Take Garbage/Compost out

Experience:

• serving: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Serving it Right, Smart Serve, or equivalent (preferred)
