Job Description
- Perform daily operation support of HR and administrative work
- Support various operation units in all round HR related matters
- Assist in recruitment process including drafting job advertisement, posting, screening resumes, conducting phone interview and complete the reference check etc.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure all pay related documents, issues and processes are clear and effective
- Assist to organize and implement workforce planning projects / recruitment activities such as job fair
- Prepare, develop and implement HR procedures and policies
- Maintain accurate employee record in HR System and filing system
- Assist in prepare regular HR reports
- Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year related field working experience in Human Resources
- HR Certificate and/or with higher education background is a bonus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills’ along with advance knowledge of MS office
- Keen attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to multitask under pressure
- Good command of English, an additional second language (e.g. Cantonese/ Mandarin/Japanese etc.) is a plus
