开发商建筑工程项目主管助理：

工作职责：

主要负责协调施工现场的所有活动，并监督与项目相关的所有人员以确保项目按时完成.

职责包括：

•有相关建筑工地工作经验，会工地建房知识和动手能力，吃古耐劳；

•会看图纸，和相关建筑团队和不同建筑工种对接；

•英文流利，有加拿大本地学历，合法工作身份（学签工签或移民）；

•会开车有驾照，肯吃苦耐劳；

• 提前安排并预判项目问题和草拟解决方案, 跟进以确保任务定时完成

• 完成施工每周进度清单并转发给项目经理

• 确保在现场仅使用最新的图纸完成工作

• 确保按经理的要求归档记录和文件。

• 调员现场安全，并确保符合 WorkSafe BC 的要求

• 与工人、承包商、供应商和邻居之间保持良好的工作关系

• 有木匠或其他工地技能优先考虑

条件：

• 2年建筑领域经验

• 本地教育背景，流利中英文

SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Local developer is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the construction of a townhouse project with 1 level of underground parking. This project is located in Burnaby.

The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Construction manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

• Supervising and instructing the contractor team.

• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

• Maintaining an accurate record of contractor attendance.

• Evaluating the quality and schedule performance of contractors.

• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to improve time and cost efficiency.

• Learning and adapting to new and innovative construction technology to help meet our project and sustainability goals.

• Overseeing site safety and performing first aid in emergencies.
