Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment Operations Support
- Work with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers within the recruitment process
- Track all candidate communication and progress
- Follow through on Candidate communication at various steps of the recruiting process
- Work with social media and various job boards in posting job requirements
- Review incoming resume and sort the candidate pool based on minimum qualifications
- Facilitate in-house prescreens and interviews with candidates
2) Consultant Clerical Support
- Assist in documenting reference checks, prescreens and interview notes.
- Assist in generating internal reports and assist with recruiting metrics.

Requirements:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or above within the field of HR/Commerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly detail orientated, organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced environment.
- A strong sense of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
