Core Responsibilities for the Site Manager

Plan and schedule to execute the project on time and on budget by effectively mobilizing labour, equipment and material resources

Good understanding of the BC building code and warranty requirements, make sure all inspections are passed without issue

Maximize site productivity by managing and coordinating the work performance, quality and efficiency of labourers and subcontractors

Interpret plans and specifications according to the scope of the project, ensuring compliance with working drawings and specifications

Manage subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to the project construction schedule and budget

Coordinate projects with municipalities, environmental protection agencies etc. to ensure continuous operation of services

Bonus points for

3+ years of construction experience

Speaks chinese

Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills

High degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics

Safety and first aid

Salary and work hours

$50,000+ per year depending on experience and the number of project you can manage at a time

Monday to Saturday, roughly 8 hours a day

Year-end performance bonus 10-20%
