1. Advance knowledge of MS office (Word and Excel)

2. Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written)

3. Basic knowledge of strata property management and shopping mall administration 

4. Basic knowledge of handy work on electrical and plumbing repair

5. understand Basic Accounts Receivable and  invoice processing , bank deposit and payment processing , coordinating with Bookeeper for payment records 

6. Working shift : mainly 9am-5pm , and willing to shift if necessary 

7. answering strata phone calls
