About us:

We are one of the leading companies in the Logistics industry and located in Richmond, BC. We provide a full range of Air and Ocean Forwarding Services to the local import and export industry. Now, we are looking for a full time Cargo Agent to join our Air Export team ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform documentation according to the standard operation procedure for assigned air shipments
• Prepare specific cargo reports and inter-face with the vendor for accurate cost
• Match vendor invoices to payables, and preparing customers invoice once freight files are closed
• Liaise with sales team to fulfill their customers’ needs and shipment requirements
• Monitor, trace, and update customers on carious cargo shipments until delivered.
• Communicate with clients regularly

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Related working experience is preferred but is not required.
• Proficiency in using MS office, especially Excel.
• Speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
• Driver license is mandatory
