Job description

We are looking add a part time receptionist to our team. 兼职工作

Must have:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English. 必须说英语

- Confident, charismatic, passionate about fitness and health.

- Honest, friendly, reliable, and organized.

- Experience with fitness scheduling software / Jane App is a strong asset.

- Ability to speak a second language is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

- Answer main office phone line, respond to client inquiries. 接听电话

- Welcome new and regular members to the studio, check in members. 欢迎客户

(We use two software called Zen Planner and Jane App)

- Answering questions regarding memberships and other inquiries. 回答提问

-Light cleaning/housekeeping. 轻清洁
